Track Tuesday Drop In! Join us for a special summer group run edition: Track Tuesday! Feel safe and supported as you hit the track with us! A WGTC leader will be at the track from 6:30am-8am. Drop in anytime during this time and get in a workout. Walk, Jog, Interval, or Speed Workouts. All are welcome!
We will have suggested workouts you can do for your ability level or you can do your own thing.
